Bun-jour Burger Bash
We’re thrilled to be participating for our second time in this year’s Halifax Burger Bash, a city-wide burger celebration and fundraiser put on by The Coast.
From March 23 to April 1, say “bonjour” to the Hambourgeois de Canard crafted with the finest ingredients by Chef Vanessa Belanger. This $24 burger is a delightful blend of savoury and sweet, with a juicy duck patty, paired with the fragrant flavours of sage and the sweet tang of apple jelly topped with a dollop of herb mayonnaise. The pickled shallots add a sharp contrast to the tender duck, while the melted Swiss cheese brings a richness that is simply irresistible. And let’s not forget the side of crispy beef fat fries, adding an extra layer of indulgence to your dining experience.
To help support a great cause, $2 from every feature burger sold will be donated to Feed Nova Scotia.
